WEEKLY REFLECTION 5


 The fifth week of teaching practice also went very well.

On the first day of this week, Monday, 30/12/2024, during the second period in class 9A ,I started a new chapter  PARTS OF CIRCLES. In this period, I taught the topic area of circle through innovative model from the chapter Parts of circles.

On the 19th day of teaching practice, Tuesday, 31/12/2024, during the second period in 9B, I taught the topic length of arc through constructivist model using charts, and activity cards. Later, during the sixth period, I went for substitution in the 5th-grade class and explained some concepts related to addition.

On the 20th day, Wednesday, 01/01/2025,During 2nd period in 9A I continue the section length of arc. And also as the Hindi teacher was on leave, with the subject teacher’s permission, I taught the topic length of arc in 5th period and doing more problems related to it.

On the last day of this week, Friday, 03/01/2025, due to the PTA meeting, only morning three periods were available for teaching. During the second period, I had regular class on 2nd period in 9A and I continue that section of parts of circles.

The fifth week of teaching practice ended beautifully. This week, I was able to complete five lesson plans.

WEEKLY REFLECTION 8  The 31st day of teaching practice began on Monday, 20/01/2025. It was the first day of the eighth week of training. WEEKLY REFLECTION 2 (25/11/24 to 29/11/2024)

  WEEKLY REFLECTION 2  The second week of the second phase of teaching practice began on Monday, 25th November 2024. On this day, during the 6th period, I taught the section "Absolute Value " in class 9 A with the help of charts, and activity cards. On the seventh day of the second phase, Tuesday, 26th November 2024, during the 2nd period, I taught the topic "Distances" using  charts, and activity cards. Since . In the afternoon, in connection with Anti-Worm Day, tablets were distributed under the guidance of the Health Inspector of Vilakudy Panchayat, the Panchayat President, and a doctor from the local public hospital. The Health Inspector gave necessary instructions to the students, and we participated in the event.
