 WEEKLY REFLECTION 5


After a short break, I happily went back to school during the fifth week of the teaching training. On the 16th day of the training, 3rd October 2024, Thursday, we all arrived at the school by 9:30 AM. After that, we met with the head teacher and signed the register. With the teacher’s permission, I conducted a quiz besed on Gandhi Jayanti. Students who secured first and second positions were awarded prizes.

 In the 3rd period in 9A ,I started new lesson irrational multiplication and introduce the irrational numbers through Inquiry Training Model of teaching 

On the 17th day of the training, 4th October 2024, Friday, since it was the school’s cultural festival, everyone arrived at the school .The name of the cultural festival was Dhwani 2024. After the inauguration ceremony, the students performed various cultural programs, including folk dance, folk songs, recitation, mime, and Thiruvathira.

This week, I could complete only one lesson plan.

WEEKLY REFLECTION 8  The 31st day of teaching practice began on Monday, 20/01/2025. It was the first day of the eighth week of training. WEEKLY REFLECTION 2 (25/11/24 to 29/11/2024)

  WEEKLY REFLECTION 2  The second week of the second phase of teaching practice began on Monday, 25th November 2024. On this day, during the 6th period, I taught the section "Absolute Value " in class 9 A with the help of charts, and activity cards. On the seventh day of the second phase, Tuesday, 26th November 2024, during the 2nd period, I taught the topic "Distances" using  charts, and activity cards. Since . In the afternoon, in connection with Anti-Worm Day, tablets were distributed under the guidance of the Health Inspector of Vilakudy Panchayat, the Panchayat President, and a doctor from the local public hospital. The Health Inspector gave necessary instructions to the students, and we participated in the event.
