  WEEKLY REFLECTION 2  The second week of the second phase of teaching practice began on Monday, 25th November 2024. On this day, during the 6th period, I taught the section "Absolute Value " in class 9 A with the help of charts, and activity cards. On the seventh day of the second phase, Tuesday, 26th November 2024, during the 2nd period, I taught the topic "Distances" using  charts, and activity cards. Since . In the afternoon, in connection with Anti-Worm Day, tablets were distributed under the guidance of the Health Inspector of Vilakudy Panchayat, the Panchayat President, and a doctor from the local public hospital. The Health Inspector gave necessary instructions to the students, and we participated in the event.   WEEKLY REFLECTION 1 [ 18/11/'24 - 22/11/'24] The second phase of teaching practice began on Monday, 18/11/2024. With the goal of implementing more effective methods than in the first phase, I arrived at the school on the first day. However, due to the sub-district arts festival this week, some teachers were absent. On 18/11/2024 (Monday), I met the principal in the morning and signed the register.After that i went to the room allotted to us .I  had regular class on 6th period in 9 A and 7th period in 9B.There were I taught the new chapter Real numbers through concept attainment model of teaching using charts and activity cards.   WEEKLY REFLECTION 10 The fourth week of the teaching practice started on Monday, 4th November 2024. On this day, during the second period, I taught the lesson Third Way using charts and activity cards. Later, I conducted an evaluation for the National Achievement Survey. On the 37th day of the teaching practice, 5th November 2024, a conscientization programme was conducted for the students at 1.15 pm to 2.30 pm. The topic was Lifestyle Diseases and Food Habits . On the 2nd period in 9A, I taught the lesson Third Way  and showing innovative model related to the properties of similar triangles. On the 38th day, 6th November 2024, I checked the Mathematics notebooks of the ninth-grade students. This innovative model on the properties of similar triangles is developed using cardboard, chart paper, and rotating panels to visually display key concepts, allowing students to interactively explore similarity rules through demonstration, comparison, and problem-solving, making learning engaging and enhancing conceptual understanding.  

  CONSCIENTIZATION As part of the 2023-25 B.Ed curriculum, a group of 11 of us organized a conscientization program on the topic "Food Habits and Lifestyle Diseases. " Each of us conducted a seminar on a specific topic. The program was organized for 8th-grade students, and through this initiative, we were able to raise awareness among them about changing food habits and lifestyle diseases.

  WEEKLY REFLECTION 9 The ninth week of teaching practice began on 28/10/2024. I had regular class on 6th period in 9A and 7th period in 9B. Today, during the period, in the absence of the Hindi teacher and with her permission, i got class on 3rd period and i taught the section sides and angles using charts and activity cards". In 6th period in 9A,  Diagnostic test was conducted on the lesson "Irrational Multiplication ". On the 33rd day of teaching practice, 29/10/2024, during the third   period in class 9A, the topic "Third way " was taught using charts and actibity cards.  On the 34th day of teaching practice, 30/10/2024,I had regular class on 2nd period in 9A.There were I taught the concept third way and doing problems. After lunch, Notebooks of students  in 9A were reviewed. Due to the limited availability of periods, classes could not always be taken as planned.
