CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME
Capacity building programme Capacity building programs in B.Ed refer to structured initiatives designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of future educators. These programs aim to strengthen individuals' abilities to effectively teach, manage classrooms, assess student learning, and engage with diverse learners. They may include workshops, seminars, practical training sessions, and professional development activities tailored to the specific needs and challenges of educators in the field of education. As part of our two-year BEd course (2023-2025) at MMTC, we, the students, organized a capacity-building program inaugurated by our college principal. The entire class was divided into two groups: one group organized a food fest, while the other group conducted a game session.
